I hereby affirm that I understand that a Private Membership Association is not subject to, nor under the “protection” of, laws and regulations that seek to limit the interactions of men and women with one another, and that the members of a PMA may lawfully contract with one another for services, products and advice without governmental interference.
I hereby affirm that I am not now engaged in any employment or arrangement under which I am expected, encouraged or requested to secure and/or provide to any party or entity any information about the PMA, its Members or practices and that a falsification of this statement shall be sufficient to nullify any statement or evidence I may provide in any venue, I hereby affirm and that I will not under any circumstances reveal to any person or entity not a member of LDFA any details of my membership or the PMA, nor of my involvement therewith.
